Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise without speaking to someone from our customer care team and receiving confirmation. Once approved by a customer care representative, we will provide you with a return address to send your return to. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. In the event an item is deemed as damaged or defective and item is in stock, we send a replacement or issue a store credit.
